- It is a general experience,that sometimes we get ourself disappointed with a behaviour of our friend or relative. And that becomes a crucial time what we must do at that stag;
- Mostly, we start discussion & try to make others that what I say is only the coorect thing. Others also try to say the same thing, and we get upset or disappointed. Long discussions at this stage never come to any conclusion, hence either u must stop explaination or keep mum. Or say the other party that u might be correct but my concious does not accept this.
- The other step u may adopt is that u simply O.K. his version and keep mum. But at this stage also the challenging party may give some unpleasent remark. And this would be the correct time when u must keep mum.
- It is seen that most of the person try to remain strict in saying that he is correct in this matter, and at that stage, it becomes a matter of struggle and which results in fighting to each other.And ultimately friendship changes in enemity.
- The yoga practitioner has a different way at this situation. Either he starts repeating numbers in his mind after closing his eyes or starts circulating his mind in his whole organs of his body.By doing this he succeeds to overlook all the unpleasent incident & he gets relieve within no time.
- It is also experienced that unpleasent matters remains in mind for a long time. So at this stage, either u start Yog Nidra for sometimes or do Antermaun , or start chanting Om in mind. In this way u may minimise ur batherations in a better way.
